Key Responsibilities: Modernize Dealer and Wholesale Development training programs
Lead Google, Salesforce, and Dealer transformation initiatives
Coordinate dealer, executive, and company meetings
Maintain analytics dashboards and reports
Develop internal and external communication strategies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree in business or marketing preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid time management and prioritization skills
Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau experience beneficial
Apply retail operations, communications, training, and analytics expertise while reporting to Oshawa at least three times weekly.
