Lano Equipment needs a skilled technician maintaining Bobcat, Kubota, and Toro machinery. The work covers construction, agricultural, and commercial turf equipment. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, hydrostatic, electrical, and Tier 4 diesel systems while supporting customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Resolve hydraulic, hydrostatic, electrical, and Tier 4 failures
Document labor, parts, repairs, and service records
Update customers and management on repair timelines
Represent Lano Equipment as a trusted technical resource
Requirements: Minimum eight years as a diesel technician
Experience with heavy, construction, or agricultural equipment
Deep understanding of Tier 4 engines and hydraulics
Strong welding and structural fabrication skills
Ability to manage field conditions independently
Bring diesel expertise, complex troubleshooting, and customer communication skills to Lano Equipment’s Shakopee service operations.
