This Group Leader position supports Olsson’s Transmission & Distribution team. Guide civil engineers and designers across T&D; projects while connecting daily project work with client outcomes and business goals. The role combines technical fluency with people-focused leadership, coaching, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support civil engineers and designers
Foster team-oriented team culture aligned with Olsson values
Provide oversight for consistent, quality civil design
Balance workloads and support resource planning
Guide onboarding, coaching, and professional development
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Eight years of related civil engineering experience
Four years of supervisory experience
Understanding of project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination
Strong communication and trust-building skills
Support Olsson’s T&D; capabilities through civil engineering leadership, technical understanding, coaching, and consistent project delivery.
