AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Engineer who works independently while guiding junior staff and delivering nuclear power plant engineering services. The position covers design leadership, technical deliverables, engineering changes, and stakeholder coordination within a matrix organization. Solid communication and problem-solving support this work.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex engineering documents and technical deliverables
Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed nuclear design activities
Define scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource needs




Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical interface issues
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering discipline
Professional Engineer registration in Canada or eligibility
At least 15 years of relevant engineering experience
Significant nuclear industry and senior technical experience
Knowledge of nuclear codes, standards, and quality requirements
Apply nuclear design leadership, engineering change expertise, and clear communication to complex AtkinsRéalis power plant projects.
