This Project Manager leads complex initiatives from discovery through adoption and value realization. You will coordinate business, product, HR, technology, operations, Legal, Privacy, Security, Risk, Compliance, and external partners. The work connects integrated platforms, automation, data, and responsible AI with colleague experience, governance, and sustainable operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead global initiatives through implementation, adoption, and value realization
Translate approved outcomes into plans, governance, milestones, and measures
Select predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery methods
Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks,



and dependencies
Establish sustainable transitions to Day 2 operations
Requirements: Seven-plus years delivering large-scale global technology transformations
Experience implementing enterprise platforms, preferably Workday or Sana Learn
Robust predictive, Agile, hybrid, governance, and financial management expertise
Executive communication, facilitation, influence, and decision support skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Bring global project leadership, HR technology expertise, and responsible AI awareness to Manulife’s hybrid Toronto PMO.
