Lead strategic financial management at Nanalysis Scientific Corp. as an operational Chief Financial Officer overseeing reporting, controls, and liquidity. Work with the CEO, Board, and subsidiaries.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO supports short-, medium-, and long-term decisions through timely financial information. The role oversees accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial systems, and IFRS compliance across Nanalysis, KPrime, and RS2D.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a local and international accounting and finance department
Oversee cash flow, general ledger, banking, payroll, and reporting
Coordinate budgets and explain revenue and expenditure variances
Prepare quarterly financial statements, MD&A;, AIF, and regulatory documents




Lead financial due diligence and acquisition integration
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of broad financial management experience
CPA designation with a related university degree
Experience with ERP implementation and maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Dynamics
Ability to undertake occasional business-related travel
Bring CPA expertise, IFRS knowledge, and operational leadership to Nanalysis financial reporting, systems, liquidity, and acquisition planning.
