Our client is seeking a Senior Property Accountant for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Complete month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Prepare and review property-level financial statements and reports for Property Managers.

Calculate and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recoveries.

Review tenant ledgers, security deposit transactions, and payable uploads.

Consolidate reporting for multiple properties.

Review and provide oversight to AP and intermediate accounting staff.

Collaborate with operations teams and identify process improvement opportunities.
