You will shape roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and connect automated characterization with business outcomes. Your work spans core imaging, sensor data, validation, and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead geotechnical requirements, prioritization, and product definitions
Maintain the product canvas and long-term roadmap
Prototype fracture, strength, and rock mass workflows
Guide model validation and research-to-product decisions




Mentor team members and coordinate critical projects
Requirements: Degree in geotechnical engineering, geological engineering, or related field
Experience converting research and development into commercial products
Experience leading technical teams through ambiguous work
Solid knowledge of core logging and rock mass characterization
Technical coding literacy and geotechnical industry networks
