Lead national sales growth for Aggreko’s Building Services and Construction sector from Toronto, using market strategy and team leadership.
As Sales Manager, you will oversee the sector’s Canadian P&L; and execute sales strategies, penetration plans, and national campaigns. You will partner with the Sector Leader and Marketing while monitoring economic, environmental, and competitive trends. The position also includes pricing oversight, performance standards, coaching, talent management, customer relationships, and staffing decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop annual sales and marketing plans with revenue targets
Evaluate opportunities and recommend actions to increase market share
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target attainment




Prepare proposals covering technical and commercial customer requirements
Maintain customer opportunities and activity within the CRM system
Requirements: 15+ years of direct business-to-business sales management experience
Advanced knowledge of the targeted territory
Building Services and Construction industry knowledge
Proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree preferred
