As Head of Planning and Management Control, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reliable reporting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate monthly closing meetings and P&L; forecasts
Lead annual budgeting across the Americas region
Prepare management dashboards and performance analyses
Monitor expenses, allocations, recharges, and billing
Lead and develop nine finance professionals
Requirements: 10-15 years of relevant qualified experience
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Expertise in Essbase and accounting standards
Proven leadership across multiple locations
