As Head of Customer Delivery, you will direct major North American and Latin American initiatives from kickoff through stabilization. You will shape onboarding frameworks, guide regional implementation leaders, and apply AI-driven automation. The full time hybrid schedule includes three office days and two home days.
Key Responsibilities: Direct complex enterprise implementations across NOAM and LATAM
Manage senior executive stakeholders throughout delivery
Standardize onboarding playbooks, staffing, and risk frameworks
Adopt AI-driven automation across delivery workflows




Resolve high-risk integrations and partner friction
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years in technical implementation or customer delivery
Experience with large-scale enterprise platform rollouts
Strong fluency in APIs and software integrations
Executive governance and escalation leadership experience
Shape enterprise delivery at Deliverect through API fluency, scalable onboarding, and decisive leadership across the Americas.
