Lead cheese production at Saputo as a Production Manager, applying dairy process expertise, safety leadership, and operational planning across a 24/7 operation. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead Production supervisors and personnel in manufacturing and packaging quality dairy products. This permanent, full-time role requires cheese-making experience, data analysis, Microsoft Office, SAP, and strong employee communication. You will support effective, safe, cost-effective production and positive employee relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Production supervisors and personnel through daily manufacturing activities Translate production requirements into schedules meeting GMP and SOP requirements Manage line efficiencies, performance indicators, and production downtime Maintain quality, sanitation, HACCP, BRC,



and safety standards Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement problem-solving efforts Requirements:

Experience with cheese production processes, terminology, and dairy equipment Supervisory leadership experience in cheese-making or equivalent environments Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, Dairy Technology, Operations, or Management Five years’ preferred management experience in food manufacturing Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills Bring dairy manufacturing leadership, cheese-process knowledge, and quality-focused planning to Saputo’s Production Manager team.
