Business Analyst Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a business analyst to support healthcare digital transformation initiatives by working directly with clinical stakeholders to document requirements, map business processes, identify capability gaps, and implement workflow or information-system changes.

Responsibilities include change management, stakeholder analysis, site-readiness assessments, implementation planning, communications, and training, with a focus on clinical systems and the Altera Sunrise application suite.

Services will be performed onsite at client location in Winnipeg, MB.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Onsite) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Requirements Include: Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis (Proof of the diploma or certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (Proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Valid Prosci change management certification (Proof of the certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail) Skills and Experience Include:



10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting.

Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. 7 years’ experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment.

Activities performed in these roles should include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments. 3 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans. 5 years’ experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare workplace. 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
