Way / Seeburger MFT automation tools. • Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing: • Logs • Triggers • Alerts • Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems. • Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues. • Collaborate with internal teams: • IT • Dev

Ops • Other technical teams to ensure smooth file transfer operations. • Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions. • Create and maintain detailed documentation for: • Configurations • Workflows • Troubleshooting procedures • Perform Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activities, and validate application functionality after OS patching.
