Change Management Specialist Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a Change Management Specialist t for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) as part of an SAP implementation, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, culture, and organization structures.

The Change Management Specialist will be part of a team responsible for implementing the Change Management Approach and plan to maximize employee adoption and system usage while minimizing resistance to meet organizational objectives.

The position will provide coaching to executive leaders sponsoring the change as well as all levels of management as they help their direct reports through transitions.

To do this, the Change Management Specialist will coach functional product owners and the clients people leaders on change management & change leadership best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored change management solution that delivers value and project success.





Work is hybrid with 2 days minimum per week in Edmonton office + full weeks in office when SI (System Integrator) is in office and requires onsite work.

Edmonton, Alberta (Hybrid within Canada) Mandatory Requirements Core Experience & Qualifications: Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (such as Material Management), SAP Ariba, and complex integrated Cloud ERP projects.

Process Design & Business Alignment: Document, analyze, and map current- and future-state business processes to ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements.

System Testing & Execution: Write, update, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts, and lead UAT testing sessions.

Data Migration & Integrity: Perform data reviews, reconciliation, validation, and define data validation and resolution plans for system cutover.

Project Support & Operational Readiness: Collaborate across project work streams, maintain documentation, and review training materials to ensure operational readiness.
