Design legal information governance at CC&L; Financial Group in Vancouver, using information architecture and records management within a hybrid mode. As Information Governance Manager, you will build a new function reporting to the General Counsel. You will shape governance for Legal and Corporate information through taxonomies, metadata, document management, and AI readiness. The work spans Legal, Information Systems, AI Enablement, HR, Accounting, CC&LFG;, and affiliates. Key Responsibilities:

Design taxonomies, metadata, retention schedules, and legal hold procedures Lead NetDocuments and SharePoint document management reimplementation Remediate duplicate, outdated, ownerless, and superseded content Build precedents, templates, playbooks,



and knowledge processes Partner on trusted information foundations for AI technologies Requirements:

Seven-plus years in information governance or related disciplines Experience designing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and governance frameworks Understanding of retention, privacy, data protection, and security principles Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills University degree or equivalent related experience Lead legal information architecture, knowledge management, records governance, and AI readiness from CC&L; Financial Group’s Vancouver office.
