Lead QSHE governance at Kuehne+Nagel’s Montreal-Nord site, applying quality systems and regulatory expertise across Contract Logistics operations. As Local QSHE Manager, you will oversee the Integrated Management System across assigned business units. Your work covers Quality, Security, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Dangerous Goods programs. You will influence operations as a governance lead and business partner while supporting audit readiness, risk management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and improve the Integrated Management System across business units Lead management reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement actions Oversee QMS documents, SOPs, training matrices, and traceability Manage CAPA, TIPs, complaints,



investigations, and non-conformances Maintain audit readiness and Dangerous Goods compliance programs Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Safety Engineering Three-plus years of progressive QSHE experience Three-plus years in a logistics distribution facility Knowledge of ISO, IMS, GxP, and TDG requirements Proficiency in French, English, and Microsoft Office Apply your IMS, audit, Dangerous Goods, and compliance expertise as Kuehne+Nagel’s Local QSHE Manager.
