Reporting to the Manager, Economic Development, the Senior Economic Development Officer provides guidance, subject matter expertise, and project management support. The position leads business retention, expansion, innovation, economic analysis, and InvestMilton brand development. It advances sector strategies, investment attraction, strategic partnerships, and Milton’s long-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Degree in economics, business, planning, geography, or related discipline Seven years of economic development or related experience Experience developing economic development strategies and action plans Strong relationship management, communication, analytical, and project management skills Proficiency with PowerBI, GIS, CRM, WordPress, and digital tools Apply economic analysis, business development, and digital marketing expertise to advance InvestMilton’s strategic economic priorities.
