Position Summary: Partner closely with senior leadership team to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives Lead employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives Support leadership teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and change management Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, communication, inclusion, and continuous improvement Oversee HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation administration, training, and policy development Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies,
