Our public sector client is seeking a Change Management Specialist (Enhanced Security Clearance, 5+ years) to drive change adoption using SCM and PM business transformation initiatives Join a large-scale Enterprise Commons initiative supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) transformation within a municipal workplace.

This role focuses on the people side of change, including business processes, systems and technology, organizational structures, and employee adoption.

The position partners closely with business readiness teams, product owners, and operational branches to deliver change management plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training support across multiple project streams.

Contract, Edmonton, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 5+ years delivering Change Management initiatives within large organizational transformation projects SCM (Supply Chain Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance) change management support across business process and technology initiatives Stakeholder engagement , organizational readiness assessments, impact analyses,



and change adoption activities Enhanced Security Clearance for public sector project work in Canada Post-secondary education relevant to management consulting, business transformation, or change management Nice to Have Experience supporting municipal or public sector organizations Agile and adaptable change management methods Readiness dashboards and project status reporting Training initiative support aligned to project and change plans Responsibilities Develop and execute change management plans for SCM and PM initiatives Conduct stakeholder analyses, organizational readiness assessments, and impact analyses Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions throughout project delivery Coach executive sponsors, people leaders, and project teams on change management approaches Support communications and training activities aligned with project and change plans Create and maintain readiness dashboards, documentation, and status reporting materials Coordinate change management activities across Enterprise Commons teams
