Kinaxis is seeking a Legal Counsel - Product to provide specialized legal expertise for its product portfolio. The role involves aligning legal strategy with product objectives, advising on regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle, and supporting compliant product development. Key responsibilities include advising on IP, open-source software, data use,



and emerging AI regulations, as well as partnering with Engineering and Security teams on software license compliance. Eligibility:

Candidates must be a qualified lawyer in good standing in a relevant Canadian province or U.S. state with 5-7 years of progressive legal experience.
