This Senior Engineering Manager role combines hands-on software engineering with people leadership and delivery accountability. You will manage and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders while shaping enterprise platforms, products, and operational outcomes. Current coding depth across ReactJS and Java supports technical direction, design decisions, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
