We are a friendly, active family in Nelson, BC, looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging nanny to spend Fridays with our 5½-year-old daughter.

Our immediate need is for care every Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional opportunities for additional hours on other days or evenings.

We are also looking ahead to the summer months when school is out.

For the right person who is interested in additional work, we anticipate needing full-time childcare during the summer.

Ideally, we would love to build a lasting relationship with someone who can become a familiar, trusted presence in our daughter's life.

Our daughter is curious, playful, and loves opportunities to explore, create, and spend time outdoors.

We're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with children,



encourages imaginative play and time outside and brings warmth, patience, and creativity to their time together.

Potential Additional prospect: Pet and house sitting We also have a dog and several trips planned over the coming year.

We may be interested in arranging overnight pet and house sitting with the same person, if that's something they would enjoy.

This would involve staying in our home while we're away and caring for our dog.
