In this role, you will: Business Lead/ Product Owner within a Scrum Team Canada Only (English and French) Platform Capabilities available through multiple channels – PEGA, Constellation, nCino, ect Co-ordinates with other Business Banking Technology Squads Delivery/Fulfillment of multiple business banking products (D2D, Savings, Express Credit [Visa, Credit Line, Overdraft Protection, Cash Management], and Servicing Capabilities Impacts multiple systems (SBH, nCino, CIS, DDA, TSYS, RTA, Scotiaworx, DRE/DM) Includes changes for KYC/AML, CASLs, Sales Practices, Fraud Management, Global Risk Management Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: You have 5+ years of experience in a role building customer/advisor facing onboarding/credit/servicing platforms You are knowledgeable about multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Engineering, UX/UI Design, Sales and Marketing,



Finance You have excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail You have a curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels in the organization Thorough understanding of Business Banking Client needs and preferences Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred Strong collaborator with proven ability to lead, influence and coordinate sometimes conflicting stakeholders Flexible and adaptable within a dynamic business environment with ability to anticipate and react quickly to technological/market change Working Conditions: Work in a standard office-based setting; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.

Moderate travel domestically may be required.
