All Out Graphics & Design is hiring an experienced automotive installer to help us increase our installation capacity while maintaining the quality our customers expect. PPF experience is our priority.

Strong tint or vehicle wrap installers are also encouraged to apply.

You do not need to know all three.

This is an experienced position.

You should already be able to take a job in your specialty from vehicle inspection and preparation through installation, self-inspection, cleanup, and handoff.

You catch and correct known defects before presenting your work for final inspection.

You use materials carefully and record avoidable waste and rework honestly.

You follow established procedures and suggest improvements respectfully.

We want someone who takes responsibility for the finished job, works well with the team, and knows when to solve a problem independently and when to ask for help.

How we hire Our process includes written screening questions, a short phone conversation, references with your permission, and a paid practical trial for shortlisted candidates.

During the trial, we assess your demonstrated specialty, workmanship, pace, judgment, and response to feedback.

The trial rate, hours, and scope will be agreed before you attend.

Be ready to discuss specific jobs you personally completed: the vehicle,



the coverage, your total time, any rework, and the finished result.

Photos help; being able to explain your own work matters too.

Applicants considering relocation are welcome.

Any travel or relocation support would be discussed individually before commitments are made.

Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: Install automotive window tint, PPF, and/or vehicle wraps and graphics within your demonstrated skill set.

Review the work order and confirm coverage, materials, placement, and completion expectations before starting.

Inspect the vehicle and document existing damage.

Prepare glass, paint, and other surfaces correctly.

Use installation tools, patterns, and plotters as required for assigned work.

Inspect your own work for contamination, alignment, edges, adhesion, and overall finish.

Correct known defects within your ability before requesting final inspection.

Stop and escalate unknown problems, repeated failures, or anything that could damage customer property.

Record completion photos, job progress, installation time, and material use accurately.

Communicate mistakes, delays, and material issues promptly, with proposed next steps where possible.

Keep your work area, tools, and customer vehicles clean and protected.

Cooperate with the team so jobs move smoothly through the shop.

Qualifications: Hands-on professional experience in at least one specialty: automotive tint, PPF, or vehicle wraps.





Ability to complete standard work in your specialty independently, including preparation and self-inspection.

Specific examples of work you personally completed and willingness to demonstrate your skills.

Careful handling of customer vehicles, tools, and materials.

Reliable attendance and clear, respectful communication.

Ability to follow agreed procedures and apply feedback.

Honest judgment about your abilities and when you need assistance.

Preferred Proven PPF installation experience.

Additional experience in tint or commercial vehicle wraps and graphics.

Experience tracking job time, material use, and rework.

We assess demonstrated ability rather than requiring a particular number of years in the trade. A course certificate alone does not establish readiness for this experienced role.
