As General Manager, you will direct the division’s daily operations and guide its growth, efficiency, and profitability. This mid-senior leadership role requires agricultural product knowledge, branch management expertise, financial statement understanding, and farm supply marketing experience. You will lead managerial staff, oversee human resources, and maintain customer-focused service for farmers.
