Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Release Manager to join one of our large banking clients supporting a high-priority enterprise infrastructure transformation initiative.

This individual will play a key role in coordinating and driving the successful execution of storage migration and infrastructure-related changes.

Working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineering teams, and business stakeholders, this role will ensure changes are properly planned, approved, communicated, and executed within approved production change windows while maintaining platform stability and minimizing operational risk.

Key Responsibilities
Own and coordinate end-to-end release and change management activities for enterprise infrastructure and migration initiatives.

Drive the implementation of scheduled infrastructure, storage, and platform-related changes.

Create, manage, and facilitate change records through Service

Now and internal governance processes.

Coordinate readiness activities across infrastructure, application, database, server, and support teams.

Schedule and oversee production change windows, including occasional evening and weekend change activities.

Lead technical bridge calls and change execution activities during implementations.

Monitor release progress and proactively escalate risks, issues, and blockers.

Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, project leadership, and senior management.

Drive decision-making and maintain accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.





Ensure changes are executed safely with minimal disruption to business operations.

Support incident triage and resolution efforts during change-related events and performance issues.

Coordinate activities across both onshore and offshore teams.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Release Management, Technical Change Management, or Infrastructure Project Delivery experience.

Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, platform, migration, data center, or transformation initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with Change Management processes in large enterprise environments.

Experience utilizing Service

Now ITSM for change lifecycle management.

Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.

Understanding of infrastructure environments including storage, servers, virtualization, networking, or platform engineering.

Experience managing production change windows and high-risk implementations.





Solid troubleshooting mindset and ability to respond effectively during live incidents or change events.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore teams.

Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated, quick-paced enterprise environments.

Banking or financial services experience.

Experience supporting large-scale storage or infrastructure migration programs.

Exposure to VMware/ESX environments, SAN infrastructure, server platforms, or data center operations.
ITIL or ITSM certification.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
