Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marine Logistics Coordinator to support marine transportation and construction activities for a large infrastructure project.

This individual will coordinate information related to vessels, barges, material deliveries, equipment movements, and waterfront operations to help ensure efficient project execution.

Responsibilities: Coordinate marine logistics activities across project teams and contractors
Track vessel schedules, material deliveries, and staging requirements
Identify potential conflicts impacting marine operations
Maintain look-ahead reports and logistics forecasts
Support planning for waterfront construction activities and resource movements
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of marine logistics, port operations, vessel coordination, or construction logistics experience
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and operational schedules
Solid planning, communication, and organizational skills
Infrastructure, marine construction,



or transportation project experience preferred
