Job Description
Insight Global is in search for an SAP Program Manager to lead a multi-year migration for a leading Global Fashion Retailer who is embarking on a large-scale SAP transformation initiative.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping the transformation roadmap, driving program execution, and partnering with executive stakeholders across the organization.

This is a highly visible position requiring exceptional executive presence, strong enterprise program leadership, and deep experience delivering complex SAP S/4HANA Fashion transformations within large retail environments.

As the SAP Program Manager, you will lead a multi-phased, enterprise-wide SAP modernization program spanning supply chain, finance, merchandising, and product management functions.

You will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, executive leadership, systems integrators, and technical delivery teams.

While not responsible for hands-on configuration or development, you must possess sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, assess delivery progress, and guide strategic decision-making throughout the transformation journey.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Vertical Business transformation program.
• Develop and refine the long-term program roadmap, implementation strategy, and phased delivery approach.
• Partner with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technology outcomes.
• Drive governance, planning, risk management, budgeting, and program reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with systems integrators, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional dependencies spanning supply chain, finance, merchandising, product management, and enterprise operations.
• Evaluate program risks, integration impacts, resourcing requirements,



and organizational readiness.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and provide clear communication to senior leadership.
• Help establish and mature the program organization, including potential oversight of program managers and technical project managers.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of enterprise program management experience leading large-scale technology transformations.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs.
• Direct experience delivering SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Vertical Business.
• Experience within large-scale retail organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise transformations involving multiple business functions and integrated systems.
• Robust understanding of SAP ecosystem integrations and cross-module dependencies.
• Experience working closely with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and program investment management.
• Ability to operate effectively within highly complex enterprise environments.
