**DESCRIPTION**
The Recruiter will be accountable to recruit the right candidates for the right positions on time
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening interviews.

Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system.

Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Support hiring initiatives, recruitment events, and workforce planning activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or related field.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
