Insight Global is hiring for an AI Engineer to join a leading Global Fashion Retailer.

This team is building a next-generation AI Enablement function focused on bringing generative AI and agentic AI solutions into production across the enterprise.

This team is responsible for identifying business opportunities, designing AI-powered solutions, and deploying scalable applications that drive measurable business outcomes.

We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building AI agents, generative AI applications, and intelligent automation solutions.

This individual will help transform business challenges into production-ready AI products while partnering closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and AI platform specialists.

Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that solve real business problems.

Develop agentic AI solutions using leading platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, and related ecosystems.

Lead projects from concept and rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing optimization.

Engineer effective prompts, workflows, context management strategies, and orchestration patterns for enterprise AI solutions.

Build integrations between AI services and enterprise applications using APIs and modern integration frameworks.

Develop intuitive front-end experiences that embed AI into day-to-day business workflows.

Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, and governance practices to ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI opportunities.

Research emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations on new tools,



frameworks, and platforms.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and generative AI applications in production environments.

Experience with one or more leading AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Azure AI.

Strong understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, tool integration, and AI workflows.

Experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

Ability to build integrations using APIs and modern software development practices.

Experience developing user-facing applications and AI-enabled workflows.

Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, governance, reliability, and performance monitoring.

Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
