**Job Title: Journeyman Plumber**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a journeyman or a 3rd or 4th-year apprentice plumber with substantial commercial experience.

Join our team to work on significant projects in the Calgary area, ensuring productive and high-quality plumbing installations.
**Responsibilities**
Perform above slab installations.

Handle copper water lines, plastic, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers.

Install hydronic heating and cooling systems.

Conduct gas line installations.

Build mechanical rooms and install equipment for plumbing and hydronic systems.

Lead an apprentice and work independently on projects.
**Essential Skills**
Journeyman Plumber certification.

Commercial construction experience, particularly in warehouses, office buildings, and retail stores.

Blueprint reading and interpretation.

Experience with gas line installations.

Ability to work independently and lead an apprentice.

Ability to get to the site independently (vehicle required).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
AWP and Fall Protection certifications.

Customer service skills.

Foreman and leadership experience.

Mechanical and new construction expertise.

Effective communication skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a dynamic environment starting at 7 am and ending at 3:30 pm, with a 45-minute break for lunch.

The work week runs from Monday to Friday, with Fridays typically being an 8-hour day.

You will be trained for a month by a current foreman before managing your own site.

Projects are located throughout Calgary, including the Dollarama warehouse and a data center in Balzac.

Essential tools include a Cordless Sawzall, and PPE such as steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, glasses, and a vest.

Additional PPE can be borrowed if needed.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.





Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
