We will be at a hiring event on Friday Oct 23, 2026, at 103-2100 Lawrence Ave W, York, ON M9N 3W3 at 10AM-2PM.

Candidates are required to bring updated hard copy of their resume, security guard licence and first aid and cpr certificate for validation.

**_What You Will Do:_**
Pay rates range from $18.35 to $26.78 per hour, depending on the assignment, location, experience, licensing requirements, and site responsibilities.

Monitor and patrol the assigned property
Control access to the site and verify visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures




Conduct regular patrols and inspections
Enforce client and site-specific security policies
Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, students, contractors, and members of the public
Maintain a visible security presence
Contact emergency services when required
Perform other security-related duties as assigned
**_What We Need from You:_**
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Strong observation and attention to detail
Ability to complete written reports accurately
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous security experience is an asset, but qualified candidates with a combination of strong customer-service and security backgrounds are encouraged to apply for more experienced roles.

Some positions will require applicants to hold a G class drivers licence due to the use of company vehicles on site.
**Priority will be given to candidates with OPEN availability for days, afternoons, night and weekend shifts and their own vehicle with a G2 or G
licence.**
