Manage interfaces between components and systems Ensure consistency across design solutions and integration constraints Compliance

Ensure compliance with client standards, Safety and airworthiness requirements Validate that technical outputs meet: Performance requirements and Certification constraints Planning & Performance Management

Define and track, engineering milestone and deliverables schedule Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First time right (FTR) Identify risks and support mitigation actions Interface with engineering teams, suppliers and offshore teams Coordinate resolution of technical issues and dependencies Ensure alignment across all stakeholders Design Reviews & Validation

PLM tools (CATIA, ENOVIA or equivalent) Engineering workflows and release processes Aerospace standards and certification frameworks Requirements

Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum of ten (10) years design experience in commercial / business aircraft. You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in mechanics of material, stress analysis and composite materials. Knowledge in design office (design or stress) of aircraft structures (Airframe). Extensive knowledge in CATIA V5 or similar CAD Software. You are able to work autonomously and be a good teammate. Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an mandatory You are an upbeat person with excellent communication and social skills, and a high sense of dedication. You have a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a fast-paced partner/supplier team workplace.
