FNHA is seeking a Project Lead, Health Services in Remote and Isolated Communities to support regional leadership through project management and a systemic review of health programs on Vancouver Island. The role requires coordinating with First Nations and formal tables to address regional needs. The incumbent develops project scopes, engagement plans and detailed pathways, guiding initiatives from planning to outcomes in remote and isolated communities across the Island.
