Lead continuing care operations in Saskatoon with advanced leadership and critical thinking skills at Parkridge Centre. Travel within Saskatchewan is required.

Reporting to the Director of Continuing Care Urban 1, the Manager, Care Team connects operational plans with Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. This full time regular position supports planning, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.

It also builds partnerships across the organization and community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute operational and business plans
- Monitor, report, and correct operational plans
- Create operational lines of sight for SHA goals
- Lead cross-functional operations within the portfolio
- Develop partnerships with system and community partners

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in clinical leadership or management
- Health-related undergraduate degree or diploma
- Experience developing programs in complex stakeholder environments
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced leadership, financial, and communication skills
