Responsibilities and Duties

The duties will include:

- Looking parts pricing in the system
- Preparing estimates for repair
- Sending estimates and following up with customers for approvals
- Tracking quotes in excel
- Ordering parts for approved work
- Backup for call intake
- Admin tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced excel and word skills
- Pleasant and skilled phone manners
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be organized
