Lead IT service delivery in Calgary with Trans Mountain, coordinating enterprise applications, infrastructure, cyber security, data, and architecture services in-office. As Manager, IT, you will coordinate reliable, business-aligned technology services for operations. The position reports to the Director, IT and supports strategic projects and evolving priorities. Success requires service management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and practical solution delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-user, application, infrastructure, cyber security, data, and architecture services Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and reporting Lead IT teams, providers, vendors, and business stakeholders Manage roadmaps, business cases, budgets, forecasts, risks,



and performance reporting Provide service recommendations to the Director, IT Requirements:

Eight years of progressive IT service delivery experience Post-secondary education in technology, engineering, business, or related discipline Leadership experience in matrixed environments Knowledge of service management, infrastructure, cyber security, and data Willingness to travel and support occasional after-hours needs Apply IT leadership, service management, and stakeholder coordination expertise to support Trans Mountain’s Calgary operations.
