As Director of Product, you will guide modern driver and vehicle services within the RMV Modernization Team. You will oversee product delivery, manage product teams, and align work with partners, clients, and Nova Scotians. The position supports modernization outcomes, operational efficiencies, and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities:

Related bachelor’s or master’s degree At least five years’ related product delivery or management experience Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and management skills Consultation, facilitation, team building, and group leadership skills Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Lead RMV product strategy, delivery, stakeholder communication, and modernization outcomes for Nova Scotia’s driver and vehicle services.
