The Role CyberScope Web3 Security Inc. is looking for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven Web3 Security Leader to lead, manage, and scale the company’s global Web3 and blockchain security business.





This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for converting CyberScope’s capabilities, market reputation, and product portfolio into sustainable business growth. The Web3 Security Leader will work closely with the Group CEO and leadership team while taking ownership of the execution and performance of the Web3 security vertical.

The Web3 Security Leader will be responsible for the overall management, development, and growth of CyberScope’s Web3 security business, including:

Leading global sales, business development, and customer expansion.

Building and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy.

Developing strategic partnerships across the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, collections, and commercial performance.

Strengthening product positioning and product-market fit.

Coordinating with technical, product, marketing, and delivery teams.

Managing business operations, budgets, hiring, and team performance.

Establishing scalable processes and strong operational governance.

Managing customer, regulatory, reputational, and commercial risks.

Representing the company with customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Taking ownership of all activities reasonably required to grow the Web3 security business.

Work Style and Travel This is an outcome-led leadership role. Performance will be assessed primarily through business growth, execution, responsiveness, and leadership rather than fixed working hours.

The Web3 Security Leader must remain available across relevant global customer and business time zones and be willing to travel when reasonably required for customers, partnerships, investors, conferences, or operational priorities. Reasonable advance notice will be provided wherever practicable.

Ideal Candidate The successful candidate should have:

Senior leadership experience in cybersecurity, Web3, blockchain, or technology.

A strong record of building and scaling revenue.

Experience managing sales, business development, operations, and product strategy.

Strong relationships across the Web3, blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity ecosystem.

Commercial ownership and a target-driven mindset.

Experience leading distributed and international teams.
