As Senior Construction Manager, you will represent the owner on major renovations, expansions, ground-up design-build, and build-to-suit projects. You will oversee concurrent work, guide planning and execution, and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The position requires advanced building systems knowledge, financial oversight, procurement experience, and complex project delivery expertise. Key Responsibilities:
