In this position, reporting to the Project Controls Lead, you will be responsible for creating a cohesive view of project performance using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM). Collaborate with teams including finance and procurement to proactively address cost and schedule risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the development and management of the project schedule • Control budget formulation and cost tracking through careful oversight • Engage in risk analysis and contribute to change management • Facilitate planning sessions with internal teams and stakeholders • Produce detailed reports and dashboards on project performance
Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in project controls • Educational background in Construction Management or similar • High proficiency in Primavera P6 and data visualization tools • Relevant certifications in project management preferred • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
