Job summary

We are looking for a General Shop Assistant & Manufacturing Support to maintain daily shop operations and support our machining team. This entry-level role handles machine upkeep, fluid management, parts washing, and material movement. We offer on-the-job training for reliable candidates looking to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Carefully wash, degrease, and prep high-precision parts for the next production step.
- Move and stage raw materials safely around the shop floor using a forklift and pump trucks.
- Wipe down and clean CNC machines, helping us maintain a pristine, world-class manufacturing environment.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and securely preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area at all times.
- Assist in other production areas or with general shop duties when required.
- Empty Chip bins and refill machines.

Skills and Know-how

This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to build a long-term career. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and wants to learn.

- A genuine interest in learning manufacturing skills and taking pride in your work.




- A safety-first approach when working around machinery and moving materials.
- Able to perform the physical duties of the position, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40–50 lbs.
- Forklift experience or basic material-handling experience is a strong asset, but we will train the right person!

Shift Opportunities

- Morning shift (6 AM - 2 PM), Shift starting Saturday or Sunday
- Afternoon shift (2 PM - 10 PM), Monday to Friday
