As a Development Supervisor, you will manage crews conducting underground development activities at Dumas. This role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience and strong technical mining knowledge. You will coordinate drilling, blasting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations as you drive your team to success.

Requirements: • Canadian citizen or authorized to work in Canada • 2-3 years’ experience in underground development supervision • Knowledge of mechanized mining equipment • Outstanding safety record and leadership skills • Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification
