The Specialist, Procurement and Contract Management plans and implements sourcing strategies for supplies, equipment, services, and professional services. Working with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Finance, this specialist leads procurement from competitive bidding through supplier performance management. The work supports GMP operations and requires direct negotiation, contractual terms, and category strategy experience. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze internal needs and determine appropriate sourcing strategies Issue RFx, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers Negotiate terms and draft contracts and purchase orders Manage contract lifecycles, registers,



deadlines, amendments, and obligations Qualify suppliers and monitor performance with Quality Assurance Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, operations, law, or related field At least five years’ procurement, category management, or sourcing experience Experience negotiating, assessing suppliers, and managing contractual terms Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools Qualified French and complex-issue communication in English Apply procurement, negotiation, supplier qualification, and contract lifecycle expertise to support BMC’s GMP operations in Montréal.
