Project Description: This project supports the ongoing maintenance, lifecycle management, standardization, and strategic alignment of critical information systems and infrastructure operating within a classified environment. The objective is to ensure the workplace remains secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with organizational and government technology standards while supporting future modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining architecture frameworks, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring technology solutions align with operational, security, and business requirements while supporting a complex and evolving infrastructure landscape. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise technical architectures, frameworks, standards, and strategic roadmaps to support business and operational objectives. Design, document, and oversee infrastructure solutions encompassing servers, networking, storage, virtualization,



collaboration platforms, messaging systems, and cloud technologies. Assess, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that address business challenges while ensuring security, scalability, and long-term sustainability. Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure, applications, security controls, and supporting technologies across the enterprise ecosystem. Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project, development, and operational teams. Support Microsoft Exchange environments, including architecture, configuration, upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and integration with related collaboration and security platforms. Analyze application configurations, system connectivity, data flows, dependencies, and infrastructure impacts associated with growth, scaling, system updates, and modernization initiatives. Identify and interpret technical, operational, security, and policy requirements to drive solution design and implementation. Perform impact assessments and risk analyses related to technology changes, upgrades, and infrastructure transformations. Monitor technology trends, emerging capabilities, and industry best practices to ensure alignment with government and enterprise technology strategies. Provide technical leadership and guidance on the adoption of new tools, platforms,



and innovative technologies that improve operational effectiveness and service delivery. Review and validate application and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with established architecture standards, security requirements, and performance objectives. Provide mentorship and technical support to application, infrastructure, and operational teams on architecture best practices and technology implementation approaches. Contribute to lifecycle planning, technology refresh initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the enterprise infrastructure environment.
