This senior enterprise leader builds trusted insight capabilities across reporting, market intelligence, and performance measurement. The role guides analysts and market intelligence professionals while partnering with Technology, Data Governance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and the AI Council. Its purpose is to transform analytics into decision-ready insight supporting subscriber growth, retention, adoption, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities:
