Apply estimating expertise to tunneling and underground construction projects at Aversan Inc.’s Mississauga head office. Use Primavera P6 and MS Project in office full time. This Estimator prepares detailed costs and bid proposals for heavy civil, infrastructure, tunneling, and underground projects. The work includes quantity take-offs, BOQs, production-based cost models, and tender submissions. You will review drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract requirements while coordinating with technical, business development, procurement, operations, and project controls teams. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates, bid proposals, and Bills of Quantities Review tenders, drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports Develop labour, equipment, materials,



and subcontractor cost models Evaluate supplier quotations and support competitive bids Maintain estimating databases and historical pricing benchmarks Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Five to eight years’ heavy civil estimating experience Three years’ experience in tunneling or underground construction Primavera P6 experience and Microsoft Excel proficiency Ontario Class G licence and Canadian work eligibility Bring tunneling estimating, quantity take-off, geotechnical analysis, and Primavera P6 expertise to Aversan’s Mississauga team.
