Lead quality control reviews for TD’s Financial Crimes Audit teams in Toronto, applying audit methodology and regulatory expertise. As Quality Control Senior Audit Manager, you will plan and perform complex reviews while managing relationships with internal audit teams. The position requires deep knowledge of Institute of Internal Auditors Standards, the financial industry, regulatory expectations, and quality assurance. You will provide analysis, reporting, and strategic advice across significant audit portfolios. This people manager role leads Audit professionals and supports long-term planning, operational direction, and executive discussions. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and perform complex financial crimes quality control reviews Review audit planning, risk matrices, findings, reports,



and evidence Complete L2 reviews and sign off on audit activities Advise management on emerging trends, issues, and opportunities Lead teams, relationships, remediation, and cross-functional initiatives Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required Ten or more years of relevant experience Advanced knowledge of Institute of Internal Auditors Standards Knowledge of auditing, quality assurance, risk, and compliance Qualified certification such as CPA or CIA preferred Bring quality assurance, financial crimes auditing, regulatory knowledge, and people leadership to TD’s Internal Audit function in Toronto.
