Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations with a focus on exceptional patient care
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards
- Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and budget-related responsibilities
- Deliver and expand clinical services, including immunizations and medication reviews
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with our mission and values
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to support wellness initiatives

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician in Nova Scotia (or eligible to become licensed).
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience in Canada (required).
- Patient-focused and committed to exceptional healthcare service.




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with pharmacy technology and workflow improvement (experience with Kroll is an asset).
- Interest in clinical service delivery and continuous professional development.
